how do these numbers look - time to adjust some things ??

Okay now that I've been running her a bit, here are some numbers. I think I definitely can get more out of it. Give me some ideas.

    21' i-class, 250 HPDI with a 25 T-1 Yamaha prop. I made 2 different runs I really watched it.

Looked at my jackplate and on the passenger side i can see 5 and 1/2 "dots" showing above the main frame

evening time, temp about 80 degrees
    by myself
1/4 tank of fuel each side, empty livewells
70.4 mph via GPS, 5800 RPM's trimmed all the way up and foot to the floor

    morning, temp about 70 degrees
    2 people
full tank of fuel each side, empty livewells
66.2 mph via GPS, 5700 RPM's trimmed all the way up and foot to the floor

aren't my RPM's still a little low ? What would be the first thing to adjust ??
