    $2400 fish lost in a SX190.

This weekend the BFL piedmont division had a tournament on Lake Gaston. A buddy of mine fished as a boater in his Skeeter SX190. He caught 2 big fish early and had his limit by mid day. When he caught his 6th keeper he culled a fish and decided that he needed to put cull tags in his smaller fish. He took them out and set them in the bottom of the boat. Looked away for a second and a 2 lb fish had vanished. He looked everywhere, even crawled under the console and reached his arm inside the boat as far as he could, no bass, checked the battery compartment and bilge, no bass. He thought maybe the fish had somehow flipped onto his partners tackle bag and out of the boat. Day went on and he never did catch another keeper. He weighed in 4 fish for 16-1, and ended up second by 13 ounces. When he got home he took out the rear storage box and there was his 2 lb fish .

That sucks. I guess it "flopped" its way behind the wall on the driverside. That would be the only way it could get back there. I bet he was sick.......

Yep. Told me at the weigh in that he would be sick if he lost it by less than 2 lbs.
