Polishing diamond plate

hey guys, I'm in the process of painting my trailer and was looking for any tips on how to get the old diamond plating to shine again?

Mothers is the best I have found, but it is a pain getting all the areas around the barbs. I am thinking I am going to replace mine with polished plates and put some non skid Skeeter tape on them.

I cleaned my diamond plate on my trailer with some stuff from Lowes that I got on the isle with the truck tool boxes. The name of it is Diamond Brite Truck Box Polish. It was easy to use and worked great.

Did you hand apply this or use a buffer?

I simply hand applied mine with a little elbow grease to remove the deeper grime, let it dry and then wiped off.
