strange prop issue

I had a 23 trophy plus that i could spin up to 6000+ so i traded it for a 25 trophy plus...this prop is like new, never worked, no nicks etc...jackplate the same height "5 1/2" below" but the prop blows out REAL bad trying to come out of the hole and once i feather it to get on plane, i can not trim at all or i would blow out again...I did not have this issue at all with the 23 TP...Any clue what this is about?

im betting the 25 will be too much and im looking for a 24 laser II or a 24 trophy plus but that doesnt really explanin why the other TP ran fine and i could trim etc and this one is blowing out all over..

Are the holes in the vent plugs of your PVS vents larger in the 25p than they were in the 23P?

I can vouch for this prop. I bought it brand new from a dealer and have had it every since. It is original factory stock, nothing been done to it at all. As far as the blow out I'm not sure. I traded for the 23 pitch as a back up prop. The 25 pitch was to much for my motor getting on plane. I have a 24 pitch that works pretty good. I got the 23 pitch to see what it will do on hole shot and what it will do to the RPM.

Now im really confused...i traded the 25 trophy plus i had and got a really nice 24 Trophy Plus...I just went out and put it on and this 24p is hitting the torque tab...just by a hair...but the 23 i had and the 25 i had both cleared it by 1/4 to a 1/2 inch...Are there different versions of the Trophy Plus prop? This is strange.. The current 24p i have now that is hitting the torque tab is number 48 825940 24p and also has some other numbers on it which i am betting are from someone working the prop..any way to distinguish these 366 5U. The 23p i had was number 48 825938 23p and the 25p i had was 825942A47
