Tacklebox organizer for my zx190

Thought you guys might like this.

started off with a 1x12x25 peice of PVC board. I took a skillsaw and cut 3/4 in. into the PVC Board every 2 inches except for the ends which I cut 2.5 inches.


Took 100% silicone and siliconed in 8x10 inch sheets of acrylic plexiglass. The plexiglass was bought at my local lowes store.


All done and siliconed in. Will hold up to 12 3700 series plano boxes in my front storage compartment. Every thing is rot free. I will post some more pics after I install it on my boat. Tell me what you think!

I probably would have made the plexi pieces shorter to reduce weight and make the boxes easier to grab.

I thought about it but decided not to. There is plenty of box to grab still, plus I left them longer because it just holds the boxes sturdier. It only weighs 7 pounds.

i just fill my storage box full of 3700 tackleboxes and they will not fall over anyway, but it does look o.k. And sometimes i use the taller boxes for bigger baits.

haha I guess I just need to buy more baits so I can have enough 3700 boxes to put in there.
