How big is the standard gas tank on a 1989 17ft Skeeter boat?

We have had our 1989 17ft Skeeter boat for two seasons now, and we have had it on the water over 50 times. I have no idea how large the gas tank is on the boat, I fill up the boat every time I we come off the lake because I do not ever want to run out of gas on the lake. Does anyone know what the standard size gas tank is for this boat? I do not want to have to drain the gas tank to find out. Thank you in advance for your time.

I have a 1998 ZXi176c 17ft. It has a 30 gal. tank . Don't know if that helps?

I have a brochure from 1990. It list a 150SX@17'0" with a 42 gal tank. The same as the 175SX,DX,SF and DF. They list several other 17' class boats but do not list the fuel tank size. They do also list a 135/135D series@17'2-1/4" which looks like a multi species(walleye) type boat with a 30 gal tank.The 1990 series rigs seemed to be very similar to my 1989 SF175 boat. Hope this helps you out some. If your tank rises up behind the seat in front of the livewell it is probably the 42 gal, same as mine.It is actually "L" shaped and is also under the seat base. SO be very careful if you feel the need to change the bench seat and drill holes in the area.

Guy in my club had a 83 or 84 Skeeter with a 150. Think his only had like 15 gallon tank. One of the lakes we fish he couldnt make it to the far end and back. He still took our money

I have an 89 skeeter SF 140 16 ft and my tank is 17 gal.
