Storage box lights

How do you get the courtesy lights off a Skeeter225zx 2001?
Does the front plate just pop off?
Can't get to the screws??

I have a different model Skeeter, but yes the clear plastic cover just pops off and there should be 2 phillips screws behind it.

Have the same boat but never had to take them off.

Yep there is a slot in the bottom of the clear plate that pops it off!!!
Not the bulb so I got a wiring problem

Get rid of them and put some LED lights from Blue Water LED!!!!

I just removed the bulbs and spliced the blueWater LED's into the same wiring, simple and clean look, can always add the bulbs back in if I need more light or want to return back to stock..

That being said, if anyone knows how to get to the left rear storage/cooler storage box, let me know, it doesn't have a stock light in it on my 2003 ZX225. The gas tank and livewell are in the way...

I have Red LED's in my livewells as well...

my 20I has lights in every compartment is that stock or no, some are LED some are not. I am thinking someone added the LEDs when new.

all of mine have lights also, no LEDs though (yet).

[a 5 basslimit]

my 06 zx225 has led lights in the live wells and standard lights in the compartments.
