murphys law question..

i need some help before i tear into it.(as i dont even know where to start) last night while on the lake i put the TM (MG 24volt)on high to scoot to another spot, and it lost power, just died. So i went to the back and the little breaker or fuse on the battery was tripped i hit the button and power came back. no biggie i thought, then i realized that my front dir. light (red/green) went out, and just last week i had to replace the bulb in it as it went out then too. i noticed the top of the TM was really hot too, not sure if its normal to be hot just i spent the rest of the night thinking..
and thats my question(s) what would cause the breaker/fuse to trip, never has before, and why am i losing my front lights all of a sudden (past 2 weeks).

nothing else is connected to the 2 batteries for the TM. so i dont get the connection between the 2 if there is one or is it just my luck or murphys law..

I would ask John in the TM forum..,great knowledge there.
Did you check to see if you had any fishing line stuck around the prop? (take it off and check if you haven't)

Unplug it from the bow outlet, take the plug apart and see if the wires are chaffed where they go through the little wire keeper thing. They will do this if they have been tightened down too much inside, been there.
