Got my new Skeeter!

Pictures on the link above. It's a 2008 Skeeter zx225 powered by Yamaha 225 HPDI. Got it out on the water for the first time tonight. Only got a couple hours in so no top speed info yet, but it takes off like a rocket. I'm shocked at how well it corners compared to my 2005 ZX250.

Great boat so far, still don't even feel like it's mine yet.

I want to give a big thanks to Steve Adkins and all the staff at Open Throttle Marine in Peoria, AZ for all their great dedication and service. It's such a pleasure to have a Skeeter/Yamaha dealer who I know I can rely on. Those guys and gals are a total class act all the way around.

Boy, you gotta love this, I fished my first local tourney out of the new boat last night. Fishing was very tough, but I managed to stick a 6.5lber and won the whole deal with one fish. Next closest weight was 3.3lb. Great way to break in the new boat.
