Looking at 2004 Skeeter ZX200 with 200 HPDI Yam.

Any thoughts, pro or con, on this rig. Looking at it as well as used Basscat and
both look very well upkept, appear in great condition. The Skeeter is loaded, including GPS, has single axle trailer, which I prefer. Value of an 04 Skeeter like this??? Ride, handling, speed???? Thanks...

Can only say my 06 runs 71gps under ideal conditions...love the fishability factor-layout-ride...and it scoots past many other 200s... I like. Have 04 EZ Loader single axle trailer... they require above average care after a couple years so watch it closely.

If the 200 HPDI is a 2004, then remember it will be a 2.6L as opposed to the 3.3L. Nothing wrong with the small-block 200's except when you load the boat down, the torque of the 3.3L's will shine.

That rig loaded down is a 60-61 MPH boat with the 2.6L hammer. 64 one person or very light load. Trusts me I treid everything to get 65 out of her. But she was very good to me. Mine was a 02' so not sure of hull changes...Only problem was push button dash and electrical panel had to be replaced paid for by Skeeter. Yamahammer very reliable I sold it with 170 hours trouble free!
