I think with a little tweaking it can do better than this.

You will see 69-71, in stock form, just tweakin jack plate , an acoordin to boat loads, if you can get 71 G P S speeds , conrats...you have one of the fast ones, realistically 69.5 with tourney loads an half tank of gas is average with these boats, this is based on other guys from here inclundin mine
If you can't hit 72 in cool water with half tank and just you...tweak, tweak... test with at least 25 gallons and all tourney gear to be real.
I get 71 cool water and 69 hot at best. That is with a 25T1 and just got a 26 TXP in as a backup so that may be better or not...since its 95 here I will wait awhile for testing...maybe a long while...
