I would guess that any local upholstery shop should be able to do it. A few years back I had the seats in my old '93 model Skeeter reupholstered and I was pretty impressed with how close to original they ended up looking.
Try calling your local Skeeter dealer. They may be able to get the original seat covers from the Skeeter seat vendor, good luck!
