    20I or 21I

I am looking at getting either a 20I w/ a 250 or a 21I w/ a 250. Is it worth the extra length to get the 21I? Is the ride in the 21I that much better?

One of the skeeter pros (Harold Allen) runs a 21I with 250. I was talking about that very subject with him a few months back. He said there is a considerable ride advantage with the 21I. Enough for him to sacrifice a little speed. he said the additional storage is awesome too in the 21I.

    Re: 20I or 21I (looking4five)

I've driven both and have run the 20i the last two years both an '06 and '07 model. I don't think there is that much difference. I was at a Midwest Skeeter Demo Event and my 20i was tied next to a 21i the extra 10" difference I seen was in the very front deck. Look at where the seat pole hole is located that's where the biggest difference I seen in the decks.

I think either one would make a great boat. The I class boats really impressed the competitive brand owners at this event for ride, storage and especially the manuverability. I had several shocked at the high speed and mid-range turnability of the Skeeter.

Agree with the post below. Running an 07 225 and the storage is good. The 08 20i
is suppose to have more storage as a few changes to utilize available space were made (according to my dealer). The boats will turn sharp at high speeds and you will feel very stable under you as she digs in and does not slide (amazing) compared to lots of the competition. For fishing docks and all around room and performance I think the 225 or the 20i will make you happy. If your fishing alot of the great lakes etc get the 21i 0r 250.
