Sounds like you have one of the magnetic targets that is out of adjustment. Not sure what the spec is for the distance, but I would contact either the Dealer or Skeeter and ask for help. I know there is a guy on here that had that problem on his I Class a while back, but I don't recall how he solved the problem. Hopefully, he'll come along in a bit and share.

I took mine back to the dealership, and they replaced the whole system with a factory update.
Works perfectly now.
