this key fits??

Probably a dumb question but.. I have 3 keys that came with boat. 1/ ignition key, 2/ storage lock key and 3/ another key about the size of the storage key just a little different shape. Any ideas what it may fit?

Make sure its not the same as your ignition Key, except with different head. My last (2) boats had keys like that. I guess they do that so you can keep the second key on your normal key-ring (with auto keys, etc.) and it still fit comfortably in your pants pocket. Only thing...I think mine had Yamaha stamped on them???

Does it have swing-away tongue? There's a key for the lock on it. THe key in the pic looks like like the 2005 Storage Locks.

Mine has a swing tongue but no lock. They may be just a mistake when boat was rigged and are the old style storage locks. Boat is a very early '06.

Thanks all. Must have included both '05 and '06 keys??? It doesn't open anything I have as far as I can tell.

My dealer had my spare rigged with a lock. Maybe.....But looks like my compartment keys...There should be numbers on them I thought.....

Just a side note, A friend of mine bought an 03 SX180 from a repo lot. He had no keys for the compartments, he called Skeeter and the lady he talked to told him there were only a couple different set made.... He just needed the number fromt the lock....

if it says "Fulton" on it its from a trailer lock used on my swing away tounge

does your spare tire have a lock on it, mine looks similar to that.
