If it's on an order boat, you have the option of going with Stainless steel fenders instead of polymer. You lose the Polymer Fenders, Polymer Rear Bumper, Polymer and Front Step. That's copy/pasted off of Skeeter's website. It's on the features/options page and down at the bottom under trailer options.
If it's a boat that is already on the ground it's a different story. That would be done thru your dealer and answers may vary.
Here's the link, if it'll work.

Just curious...why are you wanting to change from the polymer to the metal fenders?
the polymer ones suck! they look nice but have gone thru 2 fenders already. they get no support from the inside, meaning the carpeted side. Also no support from the top. If your buddy puts the trailer in a little too deep or its windy/rollers and the boat is on top of the bunk/fender it'll fracture. I had my previous boat/trailer w/steel fenders, learned how to launch/trailer it myself and never had an issue.
Right, when ordering a new boat it is an option..and will save you money too.
The trailer SS fenders are flat and if you like can put a strip of rubber mat for
easy-sure footing..another reason the SS fenders are more usable. The fiberglass are slick and dangerous when wet..and the rubber mat-pedal area is small. The SS trialer also has the courtesy step..with groved/metal platform for safer stepping. The fiber glass has a nice finished look..but not practical in my opinion..and that's all it is, an opinion![]()
