Anyone have any experience with the new Ranger vortec hubs. Got rid of the cool hubs & had the vortec installed today. Grease every 6 years or 100,000 miles. Special Lucas oil grease. The way I understand it you can change the grease by taking off the cap & grease till you see new grease come out the front.

Got one as a backup. If that is the case, I will never have to service mine because no way will I ever put 100K miles on a trailer or have a boat for 6 years. Hope they turn out as expected
Did you buy them from Ranger or TDE and how much were they?
My dealer told me they came from Ranger & don't know how much they were yet.

The price per hub i was quoted was $168.50

I better call Ranger, freaking boat stealership that quoted me....Freaking crooks....I hate dealing with dealers
Still don't know how much mine are going to be. Owner is at Table Rock tournament, won't be back till next week. No one at dealership wanted to bill me. It seems like owner usually gives me a pretty good deal. Hope so this time.
