Re: Setting is at TCW-3 Which OIL (Lockjaw)

If it has 50 in it now do i have to drain or can I just mix the 2 together until it just become all 100. I know this is a dumb ? but I want to be sure to protect my investment.

They will mix, but I would run the 50 low then fill er up with the 100.

With your setting, you can use either oil. If you switch to XD-100, just run the tank down low, then add the new. No muss, no fuss.

No problem with warranty issues as long as an approved oil is used.

If it were mine, either XD 50 or XD 100 would be used, which ever was handy.
