Here is a link to a source. What you want for the standard ranger base is "item F". It is a 1.77" bushing. It is just a plastic sleeve that glues into the base.

The best way to get the old bushing out is to just take a chisel and hammer and break or chip it out. Trust me they are glued to not come out.
I just ordered a kit from Ranger. It was around $17.00. Kit comes with bushing, glue, and a piece of dowel rod to help hammer the bushing in.
I have put two of these in last year and both times ( sent from ranger ) after gluing in, my seat base goes in and then has to be forced back out. I mean it takes a lot of force to get out. So thats like $ 40.OO and still not right, do not want to try and even put in this year. Anyone know why this would happen and what is the best way to remedy
I think you are putting too much glue on the bushing before you insert them. We had the problem 2 weeks ago with 2 on the same boat. The first one wouldn't stay in the hole. We would beat it down with the wooden block and we could watch it just push itself back out of the hole. The second one when we hammered it in it held onto the block. If you put too much glue then it heats up and expands the plastic. We had to sand the inside of the bushing down to get a seat in and out of it
