I got a '85 373 with a merc 150hp. Im turning anywhere from 54-5600 rpms which is good I believe. I know this thing is going to be a mid 50'smph boat but I just want to get the best numbers possible on it. I have a 24trophy on it now but what would yall suggest running on it. I do have a 6in jp on it and it looks to be the right height.

Instead of fooling with props i would have a dealer unhook that oil pump and mix your oil with your gas, be some of the best moeny you could spend on that rig. By the way the 24 trophy sounds like it is doing a great job for ya.
Already done that when I bought the boat
The trophy that I got now it beat up pretty good and was just wondering what other size I should go with. I was thinking maybe a 23 tempest?
+1 on the 23 tempest. It will give you more bow lift.
23" Tempest will be better than the 24" Trophy will on that hull and engine Sir...........................RR

Have you tried a turbo 2 prop?
I was running a 350v and 150hp black max and it was all around even performance.
I havent tried anything but this beat up 24 on it. I was trying to convince myself to buy another prop to give a try and thought I should ask here
