Andrew how do you like the new rig? Post some pics of the Smart craft gauges. I didn't get to see them after they were installed.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love the boat! There are so many things about the Phoenix that you really don't get the full effect of until you get out on the lake with it. All the guys at Sportsman Center are great and I couldn't be happier with the boat Even managed to catch a few fish from Dale Hollow in a few hours The pic in the dark of the gauges isn't the greatest but trust me they really look sweet!

No problem Andrew. Have you considered a ratchet tie down for the front? This is what I did.

That is a great idea Jerry. Did you get the regular steel or stainless steel boat buckle? Would it also be necessary to have a regular chain as well as the boat buckle?

It is the same buckle that comes on the rear of the trailer. I don't see a need for the a chain with the buckle. The buckle bolts to the tie down ring on the winch stand with a large washer and nut. Very handy.

Do the trailers not come with a safety chain?
