    Snow Machine

    The Lake Effect snow machine finally kicked in here. Been snowing since Thursday, may quit by........ March 1???

    Man really sorry to hear that. Wish I was there with you. Being I'm from Alaska and real miss the snow, but when I think of all the times of having to shovel it, hey you can keep it and I don't miss it that much. Sorry that it's putting the fishing on hold for now but look at it this way, that first cast will really feel good.

    Wednsday ---- 60 degrees.
    Thursday ----- high of 16 degrees with 5 inches of snow.

    Still can't complain. It had been a very mild winter up until this week. Last year we already had about 8 inches of snow pack. This year this is our first real snow. I figure if it's too cold to fish, go ahead and snow. We need it to fill up the lakes and river. Late summer drought was hell on our waters!!!
