    2 Phoenix questions

    1. Is the 921 on a 721 hull with just different caps?
    2. Fishing in a moderate wind with the 721/921 does the wind push the boat around. I don't know understand why and it doesn't make sense to me. When drifting I've been in and witnessed Rangers and they drift substainstially slower than other boats with the wind. This can be beneficial at times. I really want one the birds and intend to get one very soon.

    Re: 2 Phoenix questions (BroWhoop)

The 921 is 7 inches longer than the 721, and the front deck is wider at the front than the 721. The 721 is a fine fishing platform. The wind does not push it around. I can't imagine the 921 to be anything but better.

    Re: 2 Phoenix questions (alabamaphoenix)

It gets pretty windy on the great lakes but the boat stays very stable and i dont see the wind speeding up the drift much more than any other boat
