two birds at Waterfront on Guntersville Friday

Just wondering who it was..... I saw two birds side by side fueling up at the Waterfront grocery and tackle Friday mid afternoon. I had just pulled out when ya'll came in, I wanted to stop and talk, but had to run. Blue and silver, and a red one, as far as I could tell.

By the way, you Alabama guys have a great lake there, it was my first trip, and sure was nice. I think I could really grow to love that grass

I sold my '09 to a guy over that way.

There are several over there now.

The grass is a love/hate relationship. I love fishing it. Hate running the trolling motor in it....

I sure could see the value of those 36v 101 motors, but even that would not help the grass that clings to the motor head and shaft.

Had a chance to see some power poles deployed that really made a difference. Not many opportunities to use something like that here in east TN.

Sure wish I had been able to take the time to talk to those guys about their boats.

let me tell you what i did...sold the MK and bolted for the MG, the MK started slow and ramped up doing nothing but wrapping the grass stems around it...the MG starts faat and rips thru the grass...don't mean to start a MG/MK debate but for me the MG is the best for the grass...

Saw a grey and brugundy Phoenix 721 down in Guntersville, near Val Monte Saturday morning. It had 2 Power Poles and was SHARP!
