Anyone had an issues with their pedestals being loose?

The back pedestal hole on my front deck is too big. The pedestal has way too much play in it and actually is leaning when it is in the hole. My front hole is very tight when the pedestal is in.

Any suggestions. I have contact Jeff at Phoenix to see what they might could do but I haven't heard back from him.

Something is not right with that. Work with Jeff and your dealer for a fix.
