Went fishing this morning and got the prop into some tree limbs and the motor quit running. I pushed the button about a hundred times and it started working. Got to the next spot and nothing. Kept pushing and it started working and worked the rest of the day. Works fine at home but I'm scared to go back that it might not work, any suggestions.
It's possible that you have pushed the magnet down in the reed switch so it's not making good connection. I would start by checking the reed switch and resetting: http://www.jonestrollingmotor.com/faq.htm
