    719 pro xp

I'm looking at a 719 with a 225 pro xs as my next boat. What can you tell me about ride, handling and storage space. What can i expect as far as top end speed? Is there enough storage space? I haven't been able to see one in person yet, also I would be coming out of a Triton a tr 20x with a 225 opti, how would a 719 compare to my current boat? Thank you all for your time and any info you can provide.

I have a 618, which has an identical layout with the exception of the back deck being a little smaller than the 719. It has more room and storage than you can shake a stick at. I'm going to have to buy more gear to fill her up

The 719 will hold 7, 3700 Plano boxes and 23 3600s in the center storage area in the front deck. If you get the starboard rod organizer, you'll be able to store 24 rods. Otherwise, you'll have slots for 14; 10 in the port box and 4 in the passenger rod ramp box.

My 618 with a 175 Pro XS rides great for a 18' boat and the handling is phenomenal. I imagine the ride of the 19 footer would be even smoother.

...what he said! I have the 618 also. The port side rod slots fits my: 7'6 - 7'3 - 7'2" - Two 7'ers - 6'9" - Four 6'6". Boats will hold plane at very slow speeds also. All I can say is go see & drive one!

I have a 719 with Merc Pro XS. Top speed 76 mph. Best ride and handling I have seen in a boat yet. I just came out of a 20ft Triton, honestly no comparison. The quality and finish of the boat is 2nd to none. Enjoy the ride!
