Jealous ? no, just stating an opinion. no doubt it is a big fish .good for him or whoever caught it. looks like they waited a while to take the picture though.
The guy probably put the fish on ice and just walked down by the water later to take that pic. He was catfishing when he caught it.

Like to see Arkansas get a share a lunker program started, but probably never happen as we seem to eat everything......Still, though, hate to see a 16lb fish killed......kinda breaks my heart that she wasn't released.
