Please help-2016 z521c setup

My dad just got a new z521c with a 250 pro xs. Can guys who have this rig help with setup and prop and what we should expect for WOT speed.

at 1.5" or 2" below pad. 2 on the gauge is probably a little deep.

My 24p Fury did great until I added Talons. That destroyed my holeshot and I needed the Bravo. The Fury will run a little deeper than the Bravo.

And is a "2" on an atlas the same boat to boat??

Sorry for all the questions. I run a hydraulic JP too and I have to make marks on my plate to know what is what.
