    txp props ?

Those of you that have tried them, did you like them? Any problems with handling? Thinking about trying a 28.

Love mine. Carrys a load great.

PVS plugs will have to be adjusted regularly to compensate load.
When you figure out the correct combination the holeshot is about as good as any other prop.

    Lifts the boat real well

Boat is harder to turn when aired out but I think that is to be expected going from a 4 to a 3 blade.

They are stiff and that 28 will be like a 29.5 I think. Maybe GE Blazer or WD brand can chime in and confirm.

Also the yamaha likes the txp more than the merc from what I have seen.

Got a 27 on 225 EFI. Had to drill the holes to 1in for decent holeshot. Rips out of the hole alone. A little slow with two and the livewells full, especially in the summer. The mid range is awesome. And it can be raised pretty high with out losing bite.
