2200/250XS question

A friend of mine down here on Truman Lake has a beautiful white 2001 model 2200 that had a 225 EFI on it. He just traded the 225 for a brand new 250XS. The 225 would gps in between 72-73 mph with a full load and both of us in it. I was just curious what kind of numbers he can expect when he gets this baby dialed in.

The 04 250XS 2200 combo I had was 10 mph faster. However, I had a very strong motor. My top speed alone was 84.9 with full fuel, wells dry.

i would say that set up will run 77 to 80 mph... depending on your set up and prop...the new models are not as strong as willies 04 was.....
