Winter Upgrades?

It's been kinda slow on the site lately, so I would like to spark a little interest in it again. What's everybody planning for their winter upgrades? I'm looking at installing a Bluewater LED kit and insulating the cooler under the passenger seat. Anyone else want to share?

I have been researching for the best way to upgrade/rebuild the bow counsel on my 2002 HP180. Good ole duck tape is holding it together now.

I have Iguana Graphix registration decals waiting for better weather to install. Have a SS prop on its way. Already installed a homemade spinnerbait/jig hanger system on the bottom of my main compartment lid with cable clips and a piece of 24in bamboo. The baits hang on name tag holders. Also ordered a Navi Hotmaps Premium chip for my Humminbird 797c2 SI/GPS. Thats about all I want to do to my boat besides drive it like I stole it once the wether gets better

I got nothing besides a small carpet repair. Not putting any money into it unless I have to or actually become a better fishermen.

Will probably be fored to do at least a starter battery going on 5 years but still working fine.

My winter upgrade list includes;

1. Either replace or reupholstering my bench seat

2. Purchase a navionics card and a memory card for my new Humminbird

3. Plan my vacation schedule for the whole year 2011 using everything from mental telepathy to tarot cards to know which days will be best ---this is because my employer requires everyone to make out a vacation schedule in January for the entire year

Last month I ended up upgrading the tow vehicle for the boat. Traded in an '03 4runner for an '07 ML 320 CDi w/36k on it. Love the torque and the gas mileage of the diesel. Here's a pic of the new (to me) truck after I pulled the boat out to wash it. (Yes I know the chains and wiring aren't hooked up, I was only moving the boat 25 ft or so...)
