I am having a buddy build me a waterproof storage bin to use as a step up to the front casting deck. He lost the measurements i gave him and my boat is 3 hours from where i am. I have a 2000 201d with the deck insert. Could one of you get me the measurement between the rod lockers at the edge of the front casting deck?

mine is 20" wide by 21" long. It holds about 8 plano boxes with dividers built in. But you could go as far as 36" long, that would put you even with the back of the rod lockers. That would make for a massive front deck!
Thanks for your help. I have the same setup for the Plano boxes. What I'm looking for is the measurement on the floor of the boat between the two rod lockers, at the back edge of the casting deck, for a step up to the deck.
You probably realize this, but at least on my Coral fish & ski, the footwell area gets wider as it runs aft...
