Check out picture #24 (Moosehead Rod Rack) at CandO Marine: http://www.candomarineparts.com/RodHolders.html
Your Cobra initially came with an Osprey Rod Storage Rack but they are no longer in business...(long story). Cobra Boats, Inc. switched over to the Moosehead Rod Storge Rack, like the one at CandO Marine and they are actually easier to get at the rod you want than the Osprey one. Make sure you do a thorough job of measuring because it may not fit your year of boat.![]()

This guy custom makes them and they rock! Check out the pics!
Thanks for all the info. How does this mount inside box. Looks great.
uses L brackets screwed to the floor for the handle piece and for the piece where the tips go it uses a couple of screws down through the channel where the lid closes. I used an old cardboard box for a template and sent it to Brian Byrd (BBC sponsor) and he made the holder. Wasn't cheap but I like the custom work he was able to do for me. I haven't taken any pics of it actually mounted in the boat. I think If I had it to do over again I might go with the moosehead type set up.
I just ordered one from him. I told him I wanted it to look like your but different colors. I love the look. Does yours have the rod tubes as well?
it comes with the rod tubes and all the hardware. Make sure you allow a little extra room to mount the handle piece up off the floor a litte bit with the L bracket. I didn't do that on mine and some of my large reels rest on the floor. Also, you will have to trim some of the tubes. I found that some super glue made specifically for plastic works well keeping the tubes snug against the mount.
Hope this helps.
