In just two short weeks we are having the rally on the river near Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin. Larry's ole stompin grounds. It was brought up we may indulge in some liquids and do some cow tipping. Larry since you were a Wisonsinite I'm sure you know something about cow tipping. My question is... is 15% still the norm?
