    Damn River

So I head out tonight to see if my water pressure issues have been solved since I replaced the water pump. Put in at the local ramp and it's calm enough so I idle to the chute leading to the channel. Drop the hammer and blast out to the channel where I encounter rolling white caps. Tried to find some calmer water to no avail when I decide to head down stream. Here comes a barge that makes the white caps look like ripples. I just can't win. On a good note though. I gained 2 more psi with the new water pump. The most I ever saw at any rpm was about 18 though. Held enough water pressure up to 5500 RPM which is an improvement but I couldn't open it all the way up under those conditions. Hopefully I can get some clean water soon. I suspect there might be a small issue with my set-up but I won't elaborate (too emberrassing) . If it is in the set-up you can be rest assured I'll blame my brother!

I thought I would be on Easy Street by now but somehow I missed the off ramp!

A Mazco HP4. 27 Pitch. Not the fastest, nor the slowest by any means. But she is stable! I was running 70 GPS consistently. Trying to get back to that sweet spot.

He can blame his brother all he wants, the fact is if it wasn't for his brother he would be working on a setup for an inflatable boat with two oars.

Ya Ya Ya.... Knowing you James, you'd probably give him a good shove out into the middle of the river in his inflatable boat and keep the oars for yourself.
