hi all, just picked up the boat from the dealership after switching from a Merc to Evinrude. Would like some help on setup info as I have not done this before. The boat is a Triton 21x, 8 inch jackplate, 225 etec HO and a 25 renegade (dealer supplied) Any idea on speeds I should expect?
Be sure and post your question on the Triton board. Their are alot of Triton specific gurus there. I am not one!
That being said, set up right your rig should go high 70's. I am not familar with your prop. Most are spinning a 28 trophy.
I am not a Triton Guru, but I know that a 26 Raker II will be a better prop for your ride. This prop will have nearly the same holeshot and be faster on top end than the "Gade" will......................Mid to high 70's should be easily attained on your ride..............Roger
