Wheel bearings

I have a 2001 coral 202 on an EZ Loader dual axle trailer. The bearing buddies leak grease from under the chrome covers (front) even when the blue indicators aren't showing. Anyone have an idea what would cause this? When I put grease in them they really leak. Just purchased this boat 2 months ago and it is new not used so this isn't a wear problem.

Sounds like you have outer seals leaking, that is not uncommon, need to check and if they are replace at your earliest convenience or you may burn your bearing and traces.
