Saw a new E-Tec in person for the first time this past weekend!!

I was fishing on Clark Hill and was way up Hawe Creek when a guy in an older Ranger (looked like a late 80's or early 90's model burgundy Ranger) came idling by with a brand new E-Tec hanging off the back. Man was that a thing of beauty and dang quiet too! I think it is quieter than my 2003 HO motor but it's hard to say, when it is running I am sitting directly in front of it.

Anyhow, I was shocked to see a brand new E-Tec on an older boat. As hard as the motors have been to get available for the new boats I was amazed someone was able to get one delivered for an older boat so soon.

Just thought I would share what I saw. Tightlines--Gerry
