So you're saying they stopped making them to sell more Rangers because the Champs were better made? Just wanna make sure I'm following you. I think the Ranger big wigs wanted to kill the Champ name because they competed in the same market of buyers. JMHO.
Why do you say PE "stopped making Champion"? The only thing they stopped was the name. We don't want new folks to think they can't get our boats.
I will disagree with that statement. Club member bought a new 2011 Z521 and it is one fine rig. From trailer to boat the layout and storage is excellent and the boat is rock solid from bow to stern. Wish i could say the same about my boat. Doesnt mean his boat rides better than mine but it is a quality rig.
Did someone crawl thru a champ that they are making? That's what I want to know! Info is real short on them I think!
Thats ok, we can disagree. We both own a Champion so we must agree about something. I look at alot of boats at the ramp and i am hard pressed to see a bad boat in todays market. They all offer something alittle different from our Champs.
I dont think there is any boat built today i wouldnt own but i would be hard pressed to find one that would outride my 210! (excluding another Champ that is)
