I listed my 2004 187 today with BBC, it is now officially for sale. Just had our second child a month ago and I will be paying daycare for 2 little boys starting the week of August 8th. Need to get out of this payment, hopefully then I can find a little older Champ that I can buy outright.

Its about a 55-60mph gps boat depending on the load. When I bought the boat I could only get about 52-53, but after some advice from people here on this board I gained a little more. Someone who has the time to keep messing with it may be able to get more, but I just don't have the free time to do that now.

The blue version of the 187 I had. Kelly should have still been at the plant when that one was built over seeing production. Outside of a few nit noid electrical issues my 04 187 was one of the best I've owned.

Mine sold in a week here back in early 2008. Give it time, haven't looked at your ad but I'd have the hours listed for the OPTI. I got asked about the motor when selling since most buying a Champion know the boat.
