I called on that 191 in Denver last year. He was firm on 12k at that time but he sent me a bunch of extra pictures. Nice looking boat for sure---would be worth your time to check into. Trailer had some wear on it, if I remember right he said he fished a lot of western KS, and it was a pretty good haul each trip for him.
