I got ahold of a few champ jackets. But some of them have his name on them. So if i take out the stiching, it would a bunch of pin holes. I was thinking to get a couple of little American flags to cover. What you think?

That is a great idea. That is what I would do.
Just about any of your favorite patches would do,or put your name on them, just a little larger.

Good idea..any patch you like would do. I got a shirt from a friend with his name on it, and my local embroidery lady was able to remove the stitching and put my name over it. You cannot see the original.
