A friend of mine just bought a 2007 Champion. I think it's a 202 or 203, not familiar with the model numbers. He needs to replace the latch part pictured below. It's about 2.5" long and 5/8" wide. Did a search for latch hardware but can't find one that matches. Does anyone know who the manufacturer is that made Champion's latches at that time?

DG, those are junk. I've had them broken twice when people broke into my boat. I didn't reinstall them after I recarpeted my boat. If I decide I need to be able to lock them, I will get a lock bar.

I understand Artie, but it's not my call. These were for a friend of mine. He just got the boat and a couple of them were missing/broken so he asked me to see if I could find the replacements. I found some at C&O Marine and he's happy (until someone breaks into the boat)

Those look like the cam that is on the keyed lock latches. Not a perko or southco latch. Most all those latches are either made by sarasota or whitecap. Check out this website: http://www.sarasotaqp.com/cams.html then give them a call.
