    How about rod sleeves??? http://www.bbcboards.net/zerothread?id=567744

For my last boat, 1996 202 I made an organizer for the tips with a piece of aluminum and the plastic golf tubes from Walmart. I didn't have any support for the handle end of the rods but it still worked fine.

I put Osprey rodracks in my 191 when I bought it, but I am not sure if he is in Business now or not. The Moosehead rod racks look interesting though and may be more user freindly

I had the Moosehead system in my 198. Not a bad setup if you do not use spinning rods, the Moosehead tubs are not big enough for a spinning rod to slide into.

I removed the Moosehead tubes and replaced them with the #22 tubes from C&O. Kept the rack end just replaced the tube setup, (2) one on each side.

I had Mooseheads in both lockers, sold one just for the addtional Storage, now I will be pulling the other this spring and going with Rod sleeves and bags.. I can get many more rods in that way.

Champion did not make a 210 until 2006. Are you sure it's not a 202 which WAS built during that time frame?

Ed R...I have the Moosehead and my spinning rods fit fine...just have to be careful...

Re: Rod holders for rod compartment (Lea)

I made my own Moosehead style rod rack with golf tubes on the front. I made my rear "antler" piece out of some thin paneling pieces I picked up at Lowes for $10. In fact, I spent $12 for the golf tubes, and $10 for the wood, and used some glue and screws to finish it, and it works pretty well. I will probably make another one this summer, because I have seen where I can improve it, at least for my boat.

BTW, mine is lighter than the one's they sell.
