If you have the cartridge type pumps, pull out the motor and see if you can turn the impeller by hand. You may need a new motor.

If it is tripping the breaker instantly, it is probably a short in the wiring or pump motor. If it takes a few seconds to trip, the impeller is probably stuck in the housing. Pull it out and try to turn by hand. When my cartridge pump impeller stuck, it took 15 or 20 seconds for it to trip the breaker.
Breakers work by build up of heat. If it takes a while to trip then the motor is heating to the point of tripping the breaker and this could be due to an obstruction in the housing. If it trips immediately then it is a fault to ground.

All the above. Any way you look at it, you're going to have to tear into it. Post the solution when your done. My penny's on the offending pump, obstructed or winding is bad.

Is it a rear tank? If so, the pumps are beneath it.

yes it is in the rear. I just need to know if I am going to have to take the gas tank out or if the is a little compartment under the batteries. If I have to remove the gas tank, I will just let someone else fix it for me. Thanks, terrence.

Yes, it is a "U" shaped 31 gallon tank.
and the batteries are in the middle of the "U".
I bet there is a plate under the batterries and oil tank.I would at least mark what wires go where, and pull them out and take a gander.

yes, that is exactly what it looks like. looks like I am going to have to lift the gas tank. It would be nice if I didn't have to since the tanks is full right now.
If it's old fuel, you need to drain it and use it in your truck anyway.
