My guess would be low 60s, but load will affect that. Someone will be along who knows more...

That's what I was guessing. Load would be just fuel, some fishing equipment and two people under 200 lb each.
181SX with a 150 was 60MPH so the 190 with a 175 should be about the same. Maybe 63 MPH?
I have a 2000 190SX with a 200 Mercury on the back nad it run 63 mph. With two people. With five in the boat and loaded with ski equipment it will run 56 - 59 mph.
