Lots of people recommend the 25M but I am a true believer of the tempest props. I got my best speed with the tempest plus after running and losing a blade on a 25M. Ive heard lots of people losing blades on the 25M and I know people lose them on the tempest too but Ive never seen one.

Careful, *some* tempest are very good, some are notorious dogs. It seems the even numbered Tempests are the main cuprits, 24,26 are famous for being inconsistent.

Have you tried a Yamaha Pro Series prop. I have had really good luck with the one I run on my Champion w/150EFI. John at Johns Hot Props can fix you up. 417-581-5300.

Yamaha Pro series is the "M" prop discussed.

Didn't know that. Thanks Pat for clearing that up for me. I have always had good luck with my Yamaha props.

It's not common knowledge, but the M and the T yamaha props are really made by Turbo...

now everyone has their clue ticket punched.
