My 2009 190 CX is leaking water from the livewell into the carpet under the driver's seat. It went from damp to full soak in about an hour. The livewell was 3/4 full and on recirculate with the Hydro on timer. There was no water in bilge, so I can only guess the water came from the livewell.
Anyone had this happen? Solution for problem?
When you say "recirculate" do you mean the Aerator switch was also on along with Hydro?
Check with your dealer...I have not heard of carpet under driver's seat getting wet before...
I had a similar problem with my 198. If I had water in the back "wet compartments" and the baot was on the trailer, it would drain to the hull of the boat and then soak my driver side rod box. Never figured out a fix, I just make sure that I have the front of the baot much higher so it will go to the drain hole in the back of the boat.
My bet would be the over flow must be mounted too high. That's whats wrong with mine (07 183CX). Mine splashes over the top of the live-well.
Might want to take a look inside the live-well and view the location of the aerator spray head VS the overflow. If they are parallel bingo you found the problem.
