Need help fast with stuck seats.

Hey guys both of my fishing seats are stuck and was wondering if anyone can help with an idea to get them out causing the least amont of damage.

i have a 96 186 that has the back seat stuck also. we tried pipe wrenching but it wouldn't come without in fear of permanent damage. i was afraid if it come out, one would never fit right again. i waited a while to put one in the front but did anyway.

The original owner of my boat drilled a hole through the post and put a
long screwdriver or rod through to help in twisting the pole out....

I've replaced them (both were butt seats), and my new rear one is
stuck now -- if/when I get it out, I'm going to sand the bottom three
or four inches. They don't need to fit 'tight' - they just need to lock
in place....
